Identify the three foundational skills your craft depends on and assess your current level honestly

Dedicate the first 30 minutes of every practice session to drilling fundamentals, not flashy moves

Film yourself performing each skill and compare frame-by-frame to the ideal form

Set a micro-improvement target for each session — one degree of rotation, one inch of height

5

Only add complexity after your fundamentals are consistent ten times in a row
