Zen Meditation
Practice zazen — seated meditation with focus on posture, breathing, and emptying the mind. Steve Jobs credited Zen practice with sharpening his design intuition.
Steps
Sit in a quiet room on a cushion or chair, spine straight
Rest your hands in a cosmic mudra (left hand on right, thumbs touching)
Breathe naturally through your nose — count breaths to 10, then restart
When thoughts arise, let them pass like clouds — return to counting
Sit for 20 minutes without moving, then bow gently to close
